Terms of Service

1. Acceptance. By creating an account on Tijori, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service & eligibility. Tijori is a personal and family document vault provided by Shilpi Cloud Services. You must be at least 18 to hold an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you store.

3. Your account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful or malicious content, or impersonate others.

5. Subscription & payment. Tijori is offered on a single plan of ₹999 per year (inclusive of GST). Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Not professional advice. Tijori helps you organise your documents and dates. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, insurance or medical advice, and reminders are a convenience only — always verify important dates and decisions yourself.

7. Data & privacy. We never sell your personal data. Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

8. Service "as is". The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every reminder or message will always be delivered on time.

9. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (i.e. up to ₹999). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from information you entered incorrectly or a reminder you missed.

10. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify Shilpi Cloud Services against any claim or loss arising from your misuse of the service or from the content you store.

11. Suspension & termination. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the law. You may close your account anytime; the Refund & Cancellation Policy then applies.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

13. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

If any translated version of these terms differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
