Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 04 September 2026

1. About this policy. Tijori is a digital subscription service provided by Shilpi Cloud Services. This policy explains our refund and cancellation terms. By subscribing, you agree to it.

2. Payments are non-refundable. Tijori is a digital product with immediate access on payment, so subscription fees are non-refundable once your account is active — including for any unused period.

3. Cancellation. You may cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current paid period. No refund is given for the remaining period.

4. When we do refund. We issue a refund only if you were charged more than once for the same subscription, or money was deducted but your subscription was not activated due to a technical error on our side.

5. How to request a refund. For the cases above, email [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction with your registered email and payment reference (order or transaction ID).

6. Refund method & timeline. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, in line with RBI norms. Payment gateway charges and taxes already paid are not refundable.

7. Plan & pricing. Tijori is offered on a single annual plan of ₹999 (inclusive of GST). There is no free plan or free trial.

8. Grievance Officer & contact. For any complaint about your data, a payment, or this policy, contact our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
